This is an example of an administrative warrant. Note that the issuing authority is the agency itself and the warrant is only directed to persons within that agency. It often only merely describes the authority of the agency to take the action and doesn't necessarily articulate probable cause.

This is an example of a judicial warrant format. Note that it clearly displays the court as the issuing authority, requires specificity with regards to the places to be searched or persons to be seized, and is generally directed to any person with law enforcement authority.
