I find it hilarious that data already backs up how ineffectual this law is too. It really is just an additional inconvenience and security risk for anyone using it.

What this implies is that at least in the case of this graph and website, assuming the data would have otherwise trended the same - 70ish percent of people have either opted "not to goon", or have used a workaround.

With the latter being most probable, It demonstrates this law isn't doing shit.

It seems that beurocratically speaking, they are mislabelled as having learning difficulties but should be cared for at a mental health site. The stories I have heard when consoling her.

People of this generation are horrified or ambivalent of the nation.
People of the next generation will probably just fully accept it as reality.
