At times his life seemed like an online reality show but you could tell, he like us all, was just looking to defeat his personal demons and be loved. 😢

So upset about this. He was one of the people that first got me laughing out loud at online antics. I followed him all the way back when he was living the cubicle life.

I need a variety of things too. Weight lifting helps because of the rotation of body parts. Walking is always available. Thoughts that helped me with consistency -Anything is better than nothing. Don’t let one “off”day turn into a week of them. Progress not perfection.

Last year I had one goal for exercise, consistency. It makes all the difference in the world. Some days are better than others, but as long as you show up you win.

What book was it if you don’t mind me asking so I can avoid checking it out in the future?

Yes they did. It’s like they saw her fall, land on the floor, pondered for a few seconds, and then decided, “oh, she must have been touched.”

There were many bad calls, but that one was egregious. It wasn’t even a great acting job.
