As sad as I am to see him step away from SFPM, I am so very elated for this new opportunity. A steady hand was sorely needed - truly the best (only positive?) federal news in a long time. A beacon of hope and normalcy. Congrats, Tony, so very well deserved!

His leadership at the Society for Functional Precision Medicine has been groundbreaking for our community. He has consistently been so generous with his time and demonstrated to be a fantastic mentor focused on empowering new generations of scientists.

Thanks! unfortunately the original LLPS slack group does not exist anymore, it's been a few years. Unless @davidwsanders.bsky.social knows something I don't 😆

I realize that exploring uncharted biology remains one of my favorite parts of the job - and maybe, just maybe, a few centuries back, I would have been a different type of explorer too.
As a disclaimer, no video, so the 60% of my communication done with my hands didn't make it through lol
