Also the school system. It cannot be a coincidence that mental health has got worse in young people at the same time schooling became about cramming facts into kids, more punitive and stripping them of any individuality.

It's so fucked up that they wont give life saving hormonal treatment to trans children and teens, but shove cis women on it for every single damn complaint even if it makes things worse. Shows it's completely political and not about anyone's wellbeing at all.

Having had to do a ton of work with my child recently to counteract the education system's attempts to completely destroy any sense of his self worth and love of learning, I'd have to say I admire people who homeschool & wish I could afford it.

Yes, diagnosed coeliac about 4 years ago I think. Tbh, it was life changing in terms of not feeling crap all the time. But fuck me I miss croissants

There is also an app (gluten free on the move?) that's good for eating out if you have to. It does another one that you can use to scan stuff and see if it had gluten.

Go all in. Agree with him. Start putting them in nappies and baby clothes. Feed them bottles every time they bark. Get a crib and insist they sleep in it with you at night. Push them around in a pram.

Can't help with the diabetes. I had the one you get when pregnant and cut down on cards, just ate more protein and less carbs but usual meals.

If you have a bread maker, a gf bread mix makes way better bread than the bought crap.

Bad news, you will never eat a decent croissant again.

Cooking your meals as opposed to eating out is safer (although sucks). But Pizza Express is always fairly reliable and their GF pizza and dough balls are
