I would have loved to keep every Mythic Carpathia vaesen on single spreads, but it was impossible.
When just the text for a vaesen fills two pages, there is *no way* for me to fit the text *and* the image on one spread.

While working on the coming Starter Set for The Lord of the Rings™ Roleplaying, it was decided that the character sheet needed updating.
I’ve tried to fit everything regularly needed during play on the front, leaving the back mostly a bunch of extra space.

Here you can see the contents of the three ‘booklets’. The punched hole is so you can thread the pages onto the included keyrings. The page size is 70 × 30 mm, and I can tell you that layout is kind of challenging when you only can fit eight lines of text to a page.

So, I did the graphic design, layout, and prepress for what may very well be the tiniest TTRPG in existence. The Keyring RPG, second edition, conceived, written, and translated by @devilkitten.bsky.social. More pictures in the comments.

I designed a new logo for the band I’m in. Here as a vinyl application on my bass drum. (We needed to add ‘Stockholm Soul’ because other bands have tried to claim the name. But we’ve been playing under this nome de plume for fifteen years now.)

So I’ve committed layout again. The penultimate installment of the epic campaign ‘The Throne of Thorns’ for the Ruins of Symbaroum RPG from Free League publishing. It contains two three-part adventures: ‘The Darkest Star’ and ‘Mother of Darkness.’ Pre-order with beta-PDF available now.

Also, in December, I sent the second printing of The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying core rules to print. I’m not sure this should count since I did not do the original layout, but I have gone over the entire book and made adjustments, updates, corrections, and improvements.

I will show you the full 5E cover, just because I think the art is so great. It made me think of the Pre-Raphaelites the moment I saw it.
