Just know that there may be some episodes in the coming months where I let loose a little. BPD is something I'm seeking a diagnosis with and I'm in need of mood stabilizers.

That tardiness is due to personal reasons that involve a backslide in mental health, getting fired from my job, and deciding to REALLY lock in on stabilizing my medications & therapies before looking for another job. The podcast will continue: it's a form of #selfcare for me at this point.

Before we have a horde of #Swifties descend upon us, I do genuinely like SOME of her records and loathe some others.

Not even going to lie, #KGLW removing everything off #Spotify (for reasons I understand and support) did throw a wrench in our plans for next July. So I'm testing other streaming platforms to scout them out for my co-hosts to make a migration.

Because #BlackSabbath will be a two-part recording for the main episode. The itinerary:
