Valeria shrugged. She was using their jacket as a sort of muff around her hands. “Those parties you go to,” she said, not meaning much by it. “You think those are all,” Lu stuttered, still uncharacteristically clumsy, “sex parties?” “Aren’t they?” said Valeria, turning to them and blinking. Lu’s hair rattled around their forehead like weightless wind chimes. “Not,” Lu swallowed, “all of them.”
