Well, I guess *almost* everybody

Apart from the academic angle—I’ve always thought the “town square” metaphor was an interesting and frankly laughable defense given that hardly a single ‘square’ in any town would routinely tolerate harassment, promotion of violence, gross displays of discrimination, scams, pornography, etc.
