Love React Native, hate the tiny bits not working cross platform. Had to build (what felt like) a hacky way to get buttons to work on bottom sheets for Android.

Does anyone have a go to ui lib for this kind of thing? Or is it more pick n mix?

1) Laravel, Inertia and React - new to Laravel, but I really like the structure and simplicity.

2) Next.js + convex - refreshing take on a BaaS, very nice to work with.

Been messing around with Laravel w/ Inertia & React which is super fun/interesting.

Maybe I’m missing something here, but then again maybe this is the cost of using different languages for back/frontend

Never thought I’d write php again after starting with Wordpress over 10 years ago and then switching to full typescript stacks.

But my god, I’m absolutely loving the structure (especially migrations) of Laravel.

Don’t use existing solutions, spend hours building your own (like I did for my wedding website 🙃)
