Metrics of success are important in any fandom and while it’s a fan’s prerogative whether or not to take interest in them, I think dismissing them outright is misguided.
But when they’re used as ammunition by trolls rather than as part of a healthy discussion, I understand where it gets exhausting.

Sounds like AEW will be moving from the stadium to an arena now. At least they tried to go big but they need a bigger following in Australia before the do a stadium show. Hopefully the go all out with the marketing to let people know about AEW down there
