Answering my own question:

Looks like it's base salary only, and so probably about 50% of total comp.
Table for Machine Learning Engineer salaries in the H-1B program for Block Inc. Ranging from about $165k to $225k, but specifically saying "Base Salary".

I've been using Firefox for a few years now and it's great. I use an external password manager though so that's been easy to move...

The one thing that worries me is this:
Market share plot from January 2009 to present showing Chrome and Firefox. Firefox has been steadily decreasing since about 2010 and shows no sign of a market share improvement. It's at about 2.4% of users now.
