Since 26 November, we have responded to 275 attacks in northwest Syria—a tenfold increase in daily averages earlier this year. These attacks have killed 80 people and injured 300.

We call on all parties to adhere to International Humanitarian Law. We are seriously concerned about the safety of civilians in Idlib, Aleppo and surrounding countryside.

White Helmets volunteers are doing all they can to evacuate civilians and respond to emergency calls for help.
This war has not ended and civilians continue to bear the brunt of attacks. Syria needs a political solution in line with UN Resolution 2254.
