In all honesty I stopped watching Supernatural about halfway through, but it didn't stop me from keeping up with what those crusty ass men were up to for years afterwards. Anyway I still like this comic & think they should have kissed [2/2]

The comic is split into three acts, with Act III being halfway finished! So this is a good time to hop on board. Early pages are a bit on the rough side but the quality of the art increases dramatically as you go along.. I pretty much learned how to draw through making this comic.

Ivo Keys and Satinder Hali don’t care who’s in charge as long as they get what they want; Ivo is a bigender opera singer desperately chasing success, Satinder is a navy officer mostly looking for a good time. Will they ever stop flirting? It's unlikely.

The group's leader is Ezra, a pretentious mess with a big vocabulary and a kind heart. His confidant and arguably the secret REAL leader of the group is Pamina, a puppeteer and all-around intense presence. Easton is the two’s begrudging second-in-command. He and Ezra have a weird thing going on.

The story follows Domigo Valdes – a young, wide-eyed immigrant with an overactive heart who moves to Ironwell City and falls in with ✨ the Shaderunners ✨ - a group of mysterious bootleggers who steal colour from the rich in the hopes of opening a speakeasy.

Shaderunners is written by the incomparable Lin Darrow, drawn by yours truly and published online for free. It’s been running for almost ten years with two updates per week, and it has an ensemble cast!

A “prohibition of colour” means that in-universe, the world is literally black-and-white. That is, until the main character sees colour for the first time. The comic is usually in grayscale, but sometimes…
