I didn't have saffron, so I had to use tartrazine instead. It's not the same, but it enhances the color of the dish.

It is a very beautiful place; I know Barx well, years ago I used to go to the festivals there. I have an inherited house in Simat and an apartment by the beach. A wonderful place, La Valldigna.
