Since when did “well everyone else managed” become a standard response?
Twice in the last month I’ve heard this when places have failed to accommodate or acknowledge that someone has different needs.
So yeah everyone else managed bc they weren’t excluded from the design of so many services.

Who decided 6am was peak travel time?! I literally cannot take an earlier train and any off-peak doesn’t get me to work on time.

Amazing news.. the Welsh Government has announced it will ban greyhound racing! 🎉 My Bill to achieve the same in Scotland will be introduced at Holyrood in April - no excuses Scottish Government!

Once I’ve poured my tea at a cafe, I spoon all the little bubbles off the top of the drink. Have absolutely no idea why I do it and it serves no purpose but I find myself doing it every time.

Dec-March has to be the best time to shop for women’s clothing. Everything is either sparkly, soft, or covered in hearts and I’m 100% here for it.

I walked 7km out to the science centre yesterday (in the rain) just to find out it was closed and that their online info is wrong. I’ve never even liked science but that just takes the piss.

So my laptop is no longer able to play sound - and that’s all thanks to it being the cat’s preferred surface to sit on at any given time.
