9/ What kind of transparency standard is this? A private fund for investments in water and land use, with a financial close of 1 bn USD (!). Who pays this? BlackRock-owned @suez, already supported under the #GlobalGateway?

8/ There’s barely any info on projects. But it’s prioritised to clarify that they are intended to benefit EU companies, like in Central American electricity market – which EU likes liberalised, privatised and wide-open.

6/ There are also some agricultural projects, following Italy’s Mattei Plan. They focus on cocoa or coffee – usually underpriced export commodities with very low added value or food security impact.
