Spent many years exploring some of the highways and many of the byways in West Yorkshire and further afield, on a bike. To see what I could see.

The only reason they really want to get rid of the shelter is because you can actually sit down in it. They prefer disabled and elderly people to perch agains those stupid 6inch semi tube things.

Proper shelters although people to rest properly
(and homeless people to have shelter in winter)

Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and elsewhere, this is where the future lies. Scotland needs to stop arsing about with roads and start building public transport infrastructure for the future.

To increase walking and cycling we need to change behaviour radically. White lines on roads are not enough. The whole urban road structure would have to be rebuilt. Certain types of car would be discouraged. On street parking removed. It’s a massive project.

My dad abhors any negative comments about immigrants. Asked him recently why he’s so strong on it: ‘Because we’re always happy to take the rich and clever ones. Which means it’s not about disliking immigrants. It’s about disliking the poor and vulnerable. And that’s a bad human instinct.’
This is so disgusting.

Anyone noticed how UK media is a lot less obsessed with Farage’s alleged antisemitism than Corbyn’s alleged antisemitism?

Odd that.

From that, we can conclude one thing.

He has not changed.

Drivers are probably the most anti-driver people out there.

Please could you find a way to remove this before you broadcast future footage or just not show it at all

Philly history lesson, Meet a local legend.
A very important thread. When I was probably no more than 10, I saw this picture of the woman known as Harlow in the Philly Inquirer. A little babygay, I was shocked that such a glamour queen could live in my hometown and even more shocked to see her described as "a former man."

But manages to make it almost impossible for legit users with mobility scooters or pushchairs, let alone cycling.
Crap that should be completely unacceptable in 2025.
