Hoping all you beautiful butterflies have a wonderful New Year!! And yes, I seem to attract butterflies, wherever I go. First one was taken at home. 2nd pic, I was chilling with my bestie at her house when this one landed on me!🦋🌱

Zone 5b, I avoid cauliflower, brussel sprouts & broccoli. Insects devastate them here. Beans may be one of the easiest to grow. Small spaces can use a fence line/raised beds on fence line to conserve on space, as seen below. I harvest seeds from Blue Lake pole beans, so I never have to buy seeds.

Our *fairy mushrooms* can be found in Pike's Peak mountain area, about 20 ft away from this creek behind the cabin. We usually find them nestled under the conifer trees.

Not many get to stumble upon these mushrooms. One has to know where to look to find them. Luckily for me, I have the pleasure of seeing these every year up at our cabin in the mountains! 🍄

Indeed they are!! I'm up to 3 strawberry patches now, just cuz I luv the homegrown sweetness that comes with them! You can't buy that at a grocery store.🍓
