Currently being built in Bothell. If you change design standards to move the bike lane on the other side of the curb and planter strip you can create a better, safer experience for all modes with the same amount of right of way.

Better yet, they should have to push a button.
On the 2nd Avenue PBL, the left turn signal should only activate if a car is detected. Stopping for non-existent cars can make this route a slog.
