Fantastic article. I am being treated with targeted therapy (Ivosidenib) for the IDH1 tumor mutation. I couldn’t have lived for these past 4 years on standard-of-care. Patient confusion about these different biological bases runs deep, and should be addressed in first discussion with oncologist.
