It’s definitely a top-tier Maiden album. Probably the best band to collect vinyl for. The sheer amount of individual art for each single is insane.

Not sure how I missed that one. Just gave it a listen. It’s a pretty straight cover with added strings. Sam sounds very similar to Chino too. The guitar tone in Evil Eyes sounds more like Deftones than this cover.

A very welcome return to form (Symptoms of a Broken Spirit did nothing for me). There’s a couple of filler tracks, but overall it’s a solid album. Elegy is an instant Architects classic.

They won’t specify what exactly you can’t say anymore, but a few years ago I had to shut them down because they were moaning about not being able to say the N word anymore 🤦♂️
