2/2 Dad was rarely available, since he worked shift work at the local paper mill. First R-rated film I saw in the theater when it was released was "Blazing Saddles" in 1974. I was 9 at the time.

2/2 People like me are probably one reason theaters are having low attendance issues these days. Also these days, for me, health issues prevent me from "getting out" much anymore. ☹️
