Wing Commander - the movie directed by Chris Roberts - was released 26 years ago today.
Produced on a derisory budget, the film was a flop, even with The Phantom Menace trailer. It marked the virtual end of this universe, since only Wing Commander Arena (2007) was released afterwards.

Hayao Miyazaki's Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind was released 41 years ago today in Japan.
Even if it was produced by Topcraft, this animated movie is often considered as the first Ghibli work (which was founded in 1985).
It is a masterpiece, with great vehicles and an exotic ecosystem.

Hey #alaskasky any gamers on here? First new desktop build in 8 years and first SFF ever. As much a budget build as I could get. The Reapers sold out instantly. Still waiting on the case but successful bench test tonight.

Friggen hospitals in Silent Hill games always a huge pain in the ass. I base this off my total experience of the original game and not being stuck in the second one.
