Ban companies from owning and purchasing single-family and smaller dwellings, enact and enforce punitive measures against parasitic and mega-landlords, increase land taxes across the board and exempt primary places of residence.

Countries reliant on expansionism and land speculation for emergent economic growth get high on their own supply until there are simply two classes: landlords and workers.
The USA, the UK, Australia: these are all examples of the growing divide between the “haves” and the “have nots”.
