73 yr old here. In my youth, I was afraid to go 'nekked' in the lockerroom. Afraid I would be judged; afraid I'd get hard at the sight of other guys. Then I realized I was alright (thick 7" down there) & while it was fun to scope others, I never got aroused! Still fun to scope out the meat.

Here in the Big Woods, the seasons are changing. Dark when I arise at 5:45AM. We turn on the lights at supper after 6:00PM. No more trou dropping on the deck; high temps are in the 60'sF now. Ah, well. Great memories.

When I was in high school, I didn't like Frost's work. Then I heard recordings of his readings. Now I am 73. I read him all the time.

Thank you. Wilfred Owen is one of my favorite poets; one of my all time favorite poems is his 'Dulce et Decorum est.' I first read it in 1969. I was a high school senior. It was the Viet Nam War era. In the draft lottery, I was 105. They got up to 85 that years. I read it every 11/11.

In another life (1982-1987) we lived in Gainesville. I anchored the local breaks of Morning Edition on WUFT-FM; The Husband worked at Holbrook Travel, for Juan & Giovanna Holbrook. The only time I miss it is February through April. Spring in MN is mud, then mosquitoes!
