Can confirm.
"In 2025, 40% of women aged 15 to 44 say they would move abroad permanently if they had the opportunity. The current figure is four times higher than the 10% who shared this desire in 2014, when it was generally in line with other age and gender groups."
Record Numbers of Younger Women Want to Leave the U.S.
The percentage of younger women in the U.S. who express a desire to migrate permanently has surged in the past decade.

Someone please tell me this IIHS study from 2019 was appropriately dragged and debunked. www.iihs.org/news/detail/...
Some protected bike lanes leave cyclists vulnerable to injury
Bike lanes separated from the roadway by physical barriers make cyclists feel safer, but many of them have a high risk of injury.

This isn’t his first rodeo either. He was senator from 2003 to 2009.
She seems great politically, and would be the first woman with a STEM PhD in the Senate. But to be honest, I don’t know if she can beat Sununu. He’s the son of a former governor, and NH is still pretty conservative in the rural areas. I grew up there, and I see lots of trump signs near my parents…

“Lyft's proposal supports regional goals to bring the Bluebikes system to more cities and towns – the proposal specifically mentions potential expansions to Lynn, Quincy, Belmont, Winthrop, and Waltham.”

They need to add Beverly to that list.

I love kids. I have two of them. They’re amazing. However, kids are the absolute least self aware, clumsiest little puffins on the planet.

Please don’t drive tonight unless you have to, and if you do drive, drive super slow and pay 100% attention at all times.

Happy Halloween! 🎃 👻 💀

What message are we sending when we defer only to long tenured homeowners when it comes to community change? “Welcome, be safe, love who you love, be who you are, and shut up for 30 years?” 🔥

Who gets to say who gets to have a say?
Opinion: Everyone was “new” at some point, and even if they were born here, their family was “new” at one point too. They may have come here for work or for school. It may be a forever home, or a stop...

In Milwaukee, police will now be able to impound any vehicle driven recklessly.

City Alderman: “It’s a two-ton weapon. We should look at this the same way we look at firearms. Let’s get as many of them off the street as possible.”

What is DC council doing.
Lewis George's amendment fails on a 9-4 vote. And thus, the D.C. Council just exempted almost all 2-4 unit buildings in the city from TOPA. (Which wasn't initially included in the underlying RENTAL Act.)

Housing & clean energy are popular. Full stop.

Democrats should be aggressively promoting more of both of these things. Making housing & clean energy more abundant & affordable — & overturning Democratic orthodoxies that make them more expensive for people — is a winning agenda.

Now Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-Wisconsin) is asking what D.C. is doing to combat fatherless homes, which he says is linked to increased crime.
