A comparison between a screenshot from the linked Xenoblade X Definitive Edition newest trailer, and concept art for the original Xenoblade X. The character in question, of Qlu origin, has a similar outfit, earrings, and a close enough face and hairstyle. The visible differences other than artstyle are the eye color and neck jewel/brooch. Where the concept art uses the same turquoise accent color for her outfit eyes and jewels, the Definitive Edition turns her eyes and brooch a carmine red color.
