This is probably the brightest blanket I have ever made, and it was something I challenged myself to do - use bright, fluorescent colors. I do quite love the end product, though it matches literally nothing I own lol. Sometimes, it's not about me NEEDING a thing but wanting to #crochet it anyway.

i try not to read reddit too much during gdq but i'm human and i love a good dumpster fire as much as anyone else and i think one of the more amusing things was watching someone utterly trash a host by saying they "always do this" and it was their first time hosting. true braindead reddit energy.

horizon zero dawn is on hotfix right now and i genuinely hate how the only thing i know about this game is how douchebros reacted to this character. this game (and its protagonist) is gorgeous and it's overshadowed by some unnecessary lame-ass incel controversy.

one of the things that sucks about this job is when a kid who started out the year on the wrong foot starts to improve their behavior and work ethic but then gets expelled for something unrelated. i was so disappointed to hear that this kid got in trouble after the turnaround they'd made for me.

I also looked and we have our 3rd - and one of the largest - yearbook deadlines that week so it's best I don't go out of town for 3 days like I did last year.

Been dealing with a rash that I thought was big bites since Thursday now and tried my best to treat it but it’s getting worse so here I am at the ER since the urgent cares all close at 8 (and VA doesn’t cover urgent care).
