As I said here, the MOU has put Smith with Carney in the front seat of the car, and everyone else in the back. She thinks she can now tell other provinces what to do too.

May thought getting Carney on the record over the Paris commitments was worth avoiding an election. As it turns out Carney has now proved himself to not be a man of his word. Greens should hammer him on that. Viva!
