weirdly all my favorite mentor characters have white hair- saying all like it’s so many, but it’s just kakashi from naruto, uzui from kimetsu no yaiba, doubt many found this character like that, but drayton from pokémon scarlet. also, don’t be weird about it, cause they’re all familial to me

At some point, the connection between her and her "brothers" reminded me of TMNT, which made me think of ninjas, and ninjas made me think of Naruto, esp. Orochimaru. So you can see her last look takes inspiration from Shredder and her magic would've taken inspiration from and themed like ninjutsu.
