This is how Cudi showed up to court, in torn jeans and a t-shirt? You think jurors took his testimony seriously? Then, HE stated he had no direct evidence or knowledge of who was responsible for his car exploding. The jury made a decision based on the material presented.

Or, the only legitimate charges would have been domestic violence of intimate partner related, which were beyond the statue of limitations. So, overzealous prosectors trumped up a RICO case? At least the jury felt compelled to find guilt with something. Any conspiracy was from the prosecution.

This is the same Haley Barbour who often recounted his upbringing—being raised by a defacto slave (a state inmate "assigned to his grandfather" serving life), who Barbour pardoned as he left office in 2012, as an act of "Christian forgiveness".
