Talking to my partner about their fear of bugs and we agree that if beetles were dog size or bigger they probably wouldn't bother my partner as much as long as their shell was hard.
We've come to this conclusion because crabs do not bother them Even tho they have an exoskeleton.

Hot take: While I do agree it's good for creators to let their audience know not to attack anyone being mentioned in their media. I also think that fans/viewers get used as a tool by malicious ppl to have a "right" to attack others.

Like unless the game lets you x thing on every little thing it's going to need a tell to let the player know you can do x thing with it. Yellow paint is a sure way every player will know.
