Lore #3. I adopted my cat, Lucy, in December 2022 from a shelter after she was rescued from a hoarding situation. She had to fend for herself against 20 other cats. She was terrified and I spent 3 days in my bathroom trying to make her feel safe. Pics are Lucy her first day home, and Lucy now. 🥰

Someone was sad I wouldn’t let her near the stove while I was heating dinner.

So I have this light fixture above the island in my kitchen. Sort of like the picture. She'll stand up on her hind legs, drape her front paws over the "bars," and.. swing.
