Yeah probably another “have you done this…” will get emailed back if they do at all. I’ve already taken all the steps I can and I need to know NEXT steps. I keep asking for next steps but it’s like they haven’t thought of any CS issues and how to solve them.

I’ve taken to emailing every day. At this point if I wait for them they never respond. I will be the person I don’t like to be. I have worked in positions close to theirs and it’s astonishing how poorly they are running it.

I know it’s such a simple thing but this stranger in my local store reminded me we can all spread kindness to even strangers so easily. It made my week and that ice cream tasted so much better due to the small moment of words and happiness I shared with a stranger.

I went into a local store a while ago and a guy was buying Oreo ice cream bars. I don’t even know why we chatted in line but he boasted how they were the best & I said something about craving ice cream now. As we both were leaving he opened the box & gave me one. Stranger spreading good treats. 💜

Yeah I feel similar about Sacha Dhawan. It’s almost like they way the blowback to their career and find it satisfactory and forget about the humans impacted.
