We've had plenty of rulings since Jan 20th, but nothing enforced, at all. If judges don't start deputizing people to enforce their rulings, including holding DOJ accountable, it remains absolutely meaningless.

I mostly agree, and have said this, however:
1. many Democrats are exactly the same in regards to why.
2. they realize it, they are just hoping it is more against the interests of whomever they hate.
They are that dumb and petty.
