Counted the same 3 Redshank (among others), earlier this afternoon. Sorry to have missed you. The Ruff was last seen Saturday slightly further along near the Sewage Farm outflow, along with a couple of Common Sandpiper, Kingfisher and Spoonbill. #FavershamCreek

Brilliant Kevin. 🤭 Interesting how different people responded. Some turned around, others tried driving along the bank. Many braved the road/water. One guy got stuck (pandemonium!), and two impatient drivers overtook slower vehicles on the flooded road.
As you know, the tide can be much higher!
