As a Murderbot Diaries fan who indulges in special edition reprints, I thought the editions announced by Illumicrate and Broken Binding this past week would end me... but, thankfully, I'm not tempted.
They look nice, but the Portuguese edition paperbacks by Editora Aleph are my treasures now.

As a Murderbot Diaries fan who indulges in special edition reprints, I thought the editions announced by Illumicrate and Broken Binding this past week would end me... but, thankfully, I'm not tempted.

Back in my early teens, I always had to keep a pocket full of coins and a mini address book with me. I don't miss the days before I got my first brick of a nokia, but those little green public phones have a nostalgic place in my heart.

An omnibus edition of Mariko Tamaki's Detective Comics run just arrived in the mail today (since I lettered half of it) and it has got to be the heaviest book in my library. It's epic!

I've been in the U.S. the past two weeks attending ECCC and spending time with friends and family.
It's been an incredible time, but the emerald city has been punishing me for my fun with extreme hay fever. 😷😭 I love you, Seattle, why must you hurt me?

There's a sci-fi book I once gifted that I would likely gift to other loved ones as well.

I would love to have the "Atlas of Never Built Architecture" so that I could see all of the things that will never be, but it's too expensive to buy and ship to Brazil. Way, way too expensive. :(

This non-fiction book really transformed my whole year and put a lot of things in fresh perspective for me. Even if you don't feel you've experienced being raised by emotionally immature parents, it can help with understanding emotionally immature adults who have an impact in your life in some form.
