18 months done and dusted. Two ski trips, one long sailing excursion, two solo jaunts to Manhattan, a journey to Europe, a summer of lake adventures, many social events, dinners with friends…even someone’s 70th birthday party! 🤣❤️

18 months done and dusted. Two ski trips, one long sailing excursion, two solo jaunts to Manhattan, a journey to Europe, a summer of lake adventures, many social events, dinners with friends…even someone’s 70th birthday party! 🤣❤️

Yes! Happy FriYay! My words of wisdom are based upon several things; the two biggest being running my first marathon (Boston!) in a monsoon at the age of 60 and claiming my seat in AA at the age of 66.

So true! This is me at the finish of the Boston Marathon in 2018. I was 60, not an athlete in the traditional way…most people can do anything they put their minds to if they’re persistent and consistent. (I was already following you. ❤️)
