This makes changing scene timing laborious to me. Is there another way? I just want to be able to move the end of one scene and then have the scenes after them move down the time line accordingly. Also sometimes my grease pencils don’t move with all the other keyframes. ☠️

You can definitely do that! Start with patterns marked easy. A skirt is pretty easy or a loose fitting item is easier too. Woven non slippery fabrics are also easier to work with.
