I have this one friend whose only ritual is to wish me birthday then never talk to me again for the whole year. Sorry I missed one year for not responding though, I did the thing where I read the message and thought I responded.

And thank you for the birthday wishes, haha.

I was experimenting and learned a new shader trick to add more color to dark parts of my model and let light really affect it instead of it just being all grey.
Tested on the skin and hair only.

More work done on my avatar. Added SSAO, redid the normals on the face, and adjusted that cell-shading style. ☺️
