The report is not very long and reading it rather than a lot of the conversation on here is much more worthwhile. Lots of people discussing the issues here getting things wrong because they haven't read the report.

I think he's using "neurodivergent" in the frame of being labelled, whereas the emphasis from those of us who understand ourselves to be neurodivergent tends to be more about having an explanation for our differences.

I have questions about CIC regulation in all of this.

I used to just turn up to the station, buy a ticket, and then travel so this really does seem like my personal ticket admin went up and up.
