Meet Coco the veined octopus created out of littered #plastic to celebrate the release of the docuseries Our Oceans now streaming on Netflix. She is constructed out of over 2,000 pieces of lake and ocean plastic, some of which were picked up by A Greener Future volunteers! #LitterArt #OurOceans

Since 2014, we've collected a total of 7,167,514 pieces of litter! It may seem like the problem is getting worse every year, but is that true? More cleanups, more volunteers, a larger staff, and better targeting of more polluted areas for cleanups have all played a part in increasing our numbers.
