Always great to hear them. Especially with Mick Ralphs dying this year. Their 2009 reunion gigs in that big London town gave me my “having a pee with Bobby Gillespie” anecdote that has served me well ever since.

Cool badge. My girlfriend and I had tickets for the next night at the Apollo in Glasgow - 1979 media was such that the split news didn't reach us and hundreds of others who turned up on the night only to be sent away. Never did see them!
