Many thanks to QEBabble for bringing together Chris Chant, @TesterFromLeic & @SimplySanne for an excellent discussion on QA Coaching. As we continue to mentor 2x QA coaches for one of our clients it's good to know they are not alone.

'With generative AI, every person has a blazingly fast colleague..'
Will Agile switch to smaller teams? shorter sprints? changes to how we estimate & plan?
Check out this informative article on the potential impact AI could bring to Agile ways of working:

One day for AI to write the code, two days to test the sloppy code? In the near future will software testers be the highest valued member of the team? Will we see a ramp up in the number of testers?

If the Horizon system in the Post Office scandal was subject to rigorous testing how did it still end up going Live? Why aren't we talking about this in our QA forums? @testingpeers @ministryoftest

Our consultants tell us the office vibe is dead. Half filled banks of desks, headphones on, onsite staff talking over each other as they zoom with wfh colleagues. 'Like having 20 people all jammed into an old phone box'. Calling HR - we need to fix this..
