The important things for me was more voluminous hair, so the sides are longer and the back is wider. Along with longer, droopier ears to show how she's aged (because I just like the idea that Lalafell ears get longer and heavier as they get older).

Even if the hair style covers it up, I really like these new eyebrows. Also had to change the color since it didn't look great with a base blonde, but I'm cool with this new color too.

Then going back to her Hearthstone art, though I like the in-game model a lot. I don't hate the cinematic model, but she reminds me too much of Aveline from Dragon Age 2

Not super focused on them, but her lips are my favorite part. And to a very very close second, her mole below her lips which I think accentuate the look.
