Once again: the pipeline works in reverse. It can be Russia -> Ukraine -> Moldova/Transnistria OR Turkey -> Bulgaria -> Romania -> Moldova/Transnistria

Once again: the pipeline works in reverse. It can be Russia -> Ukraine -> Moldova/Transnistria OR Turkey -> Bulgaria -> Romania -> Moldova/Transnistria

Except that is. Russia can send the gas through the TurkStream pipeline (in the middle of the Black Sea, away from Ukraine) and then up the Eastern Balkans (Bulgaria, Romania and then Moldova) through the TransBalkan pipeline (which can work in reverse since 2019)
