Trying a sample of #adagioteas I've never had before. It's definitely different. Not bad. Definitely not what I normally prefer (fruity teas) but I could see this as a nice change of pace. #tea

Filled the new bird feeder hubby got me for Xmas. Squirrels really beat up the last one due to being mostly plastic and old. New one's metal. I don't envision future squirrel issues. I spike the seeds with Korean gochugaru. Squirrels can only handle a mouthful of seeds before they leave it alone.

For a couple of my nibblings, I made two #plushies for Christmas. One is Kero from the anime #CardCaptorSakura. The other is a pair of "chickpeas" in a pod. I'm feeling highly critical of my work, but my husband says they all look adorable for our nieces.

I rescued a snowdrift #philodendron from the clearance shelves of my local grocery store for $3.50. I've never had one of these plants before. Usually I prefer succulents. Any advice on how to nurse this one back to health and keep it alive?

Got a new Victrola record player over the weekend as a gift from work for Christmas. I got a few vinyls from my local thrift store to test it out. It's wonderful! I think I'm just chuffed at the concept of owning/playing a physical music anything for the first time in probably a decade or more.

I've been trying to figure out a better way to transfer the #plushie pattern designs to the fabric I'm making them out of - using Sew Lush fleece. Then, while I was putting away some leftovers I got some inspiration. Press and Seal! Quilters use it for sewing minky. Why not plushies?
