I went down a rabbit hole looking at different "highlights" offerings last night. I kinda like the 2-3 minute "by class" ones.

I started experimenting with making Mongolian beef recently... A mighty fine and tasty way to enjoy some "not quite exceptional cuts."

It may have been KilgoreTrout's Venus on the Half-Shell (which was supposedly the inspiration for Adams). I think I still have a copy, I'll have to look. :-)
