How do you report a post for a specific category to a labeler? I only get the regular categories as options. Do I just make a manual report with “other”?

Two bikes are locked to a bike rack. The ends of the bike rack are designed to look like penny-farthing bicycles. There is a bicycle repair station with tools and a pump at one end. The setting is a small college campus with a college building, a green, a fire hydrant, a street lamp, and some trees and shrubs behind the bike rack. There is some snow on the green and the concrete walkway has dried salt deposits due to evaporated water (secondary efflorescence), as well as some still wet patches.

Early afternoon bike ride. I’ll definitely want some better tires for uncleared snow in the future.
